Tasting notes :
Garnet-colored with deep purple tinges, it offers an expressive noose of blackberries, raspberries and spices. It is well balanced with silky tannins and great fruit on the palate and has a sustained finish. To be drunk cool at 12°C.

Food pairings :
It is perfect to accompany meat pâtés, a beef steak or a chocolate cake.
