Tasting notes :
A wine with a shiny ruby robe, rather delicate. Fruity scents of raspberry and blackberry are in harmony with the licarice aromas ending with a mineral note. It is ample and fully-flavoured with a nice length in the mouth.

Lamb, duck steaklet, small game, squab and cheese
